The Água Peneira Residence is a project made in partnership with the Architect Rafael Leiria. Land with flat features that customers want to transform into a home for the family, space to receive friends and celebrate life. The project was based on a combination of modern and ancient architecture. Two volumes joined only by a corridor that contain the living areas and the private areas. The client's main idea was that the project could contemplate the permeability between the interior and exterior of the house in all compartments and thus be able to enjoy the green space | leisure in the surroundings. Taking into account the dry and hot climate of the region, an outdoor seating area was created, in a pergola between the two volumes and with direct access to the swimming pool. The double height living and dining room has a fireplace as the central element of the space and a huge glazing overlooking the Ribatejo landscape.
