This apartment is located in a residential area in Hove, with a very close proximity to the seafront. It is on the top floor of a house that has been divided into apartments. Exterior alterations may not have too obvious an impact on the building's aesthetics.

After seeing his family grow, the client decided to take advantage of the attic area and thus create two more bedrooms and a small living area.

Combined with the loft floor extension we decided to adjust the existing layout. The bathroom was transformed into a shower room and a new washing room appeared next to the kitchen. In the living room, a direct passage was created to access the attic floor.
